Social Media Creatives & Landing Page for a UX Design Outsourcing Company
Project Overview
As a member of the HYPE agency team, I collaborated with the marketing team on a series of lead generation campaigns for a Spanish UX design outsourcing company over several months in 2022 and 2023. My contributions included creating static and animated banners for LinkedIn ads and designing a landing page to support the campaign. The primary goal was to generate leads and drive engagement through visually appealing and effective content.
Project Goals
The main objectives were:
- To design compelling static and animated banners for LinkedIn that would attract potential leads.
- To create a landing page that would provide a seamless user experience and convert visitors into leads.

Landing Page
Designing an effective landing page was part of the lead generation strategy. This landing page needed to not only capture the attention of visitors but also guide them smoothly towards conversion. My role involved crafting a user-centric design that seamlessly integrated with the client’s brand while optimizing for conversion and usability.
Design Process
1. Understanding Requirements
The project began with gathering content provided by the marketing team, with several revisions made until we finalized the content. I reviewed the client's brand guidelines and existing website, working closely with the client’s design team to ensure the design aligned with their branding and objectives.
2. Concept Development
I started by creating wireframes to explore different layout options and determine what would best meet the client’s needs. Two design concepts were developed, incorporating custom illustrations and design elements. The design focused on a clean and engaging layout, inspired by the client’s branding and existing web presence.
3. Design and Finalization
The design phase involved developing a responsive layout that would perform well across different devices. Iterative feedback from the marketing team and the client’s design team was incorporated to refine the design.
4. Quality Assurance
I collaborated with a front-end developer to ensure the design was accurately implemented. This involved thorough QA testing to confirm that the final design was correctly executed and functioned as intended across various devices and browsers.

Outcome
The landing page was designed to be visually compelling and aligned with the client’s branding, contributing to the overall professionalism of the campaign. While I did not receive specific performance metrics, the client was satisfied with the design and its integration with their existing web assets. Positive feedback underscored the quality of the work and its contribution to the campaign.

Banners and Ads
The effectiveness of our lead generation campaigns was significantly enhanced by the static and animated LinkedIn ad creatives. Designed with the dual goals of capturing attention and driving conversions, these ads were crafted to stand out in LinkedIn feeds and deliver the campaign’s key messages with impact. My focus was on creating visually striking and engaging ads that not only attracted potential leads but also effectively conveyed the campaign's core objectives.
Design Process
1. Understanding Requirements
I started by collaborating with the marketing team to gather insights into the campaign’s goals and the target audience. This understanding was crucial for developing creatives that aligned with the campaign objectives and resonated with potential leads.
2. Concept Development
I developed initial concepts for both static and animated ads, incorporating brand colors, clear typography, and dynamic elements. The static ads were designed for immediate visual impact, while the animated ads featured smooth transitions and engaging animations to highlight key messages and calls to action.
3. Design and Animation
The design phase involved creating the actual static and animated creatives. Using tools like Adobe After Effects for animation, I ensured that each creative was visually compelling and aligned with the campaign’s goals. The static creatives utilized bold and vibrant designs, while the animated creatives featured smooth transitions and dynamic graphics that brought key messages to life.
4. Iteration and Feedback
Throughout the design process, I worked iteratively, incorporating feedback from the marketing team and the client to refine the creatives. This iterative approach ensured that the designs were continuously improved. Additionally, we conducted A/B testing to determine the most effective designs and messages, optimizing the creatives for maximum engagement and conversion.
Outcome
The static and animated creatives successfully attracted attention on LinkedIn, leading to increased engagement and higher click-through rates across the campaign. The client was pleasantly surprised by how well the designs turned out, often remarking that the quality of work was indistinguishable from that of an internal designer. Their feedback underscored their satisfaction and validated the effectiveness of the designs.
